A) Cold drawn seamless barrel , Stress relieved, As ready to honed/burnished or honed/burnished condition (EN10305-1, Grade +SR)

B) Cold drawn welded barrel, Stress relieved, as ready to honed/burnished and as honed/burnished condition (EN10305-2, Grade + SR)

Checking method

ON LINE EDDY CURRENT = Test SEP 1925

ON LINE ULTRASONIC = Test SEP 1915

Inner Diameter Tolerance

As per customer specification for RTH/RTB and as honed/burnished (ISD H8/H9)

Surface Roughness

Ra < 0.4 Micron (0.2~0.4)

Straightness

= 0.5 mm/Mtr ( 1.5mm max. for whole length)

Tolerance on wall thickness
